Our team of experienced and highly skilled educational psychologists (EPs) are committed to supporting the well-being and development of children and young people in your community. We work in partnership with local authorities multi-academy trusts and clusters of schools to understand that context first, then shape support around it.
The EP role covers five areas of practice – consultation, assessment, intervention, training, and research and evaluation. At three levels individual, group and organisational. We lead with consultation, which helps identify what is needed and may lead into any of the other areas.
Statutory assessments, EHCP backlog support, and systemic capacity-building for your wider service.
Consistent EP support across every school in your trust, from individual assessments to trust-wide staff upskilling that reduces reliance on crisis-point referrals.
Compliant, statutory EHCP assessments delivered fast, even for complex cases, backed by clear, practical recommendations that support what comes next.
Build lasting capacity in your school, trust or LA. Staff CPD, whole-setting SEND strategy, and consultation that reduces how often you need an assessment in the first place.
The foundation of our service. EPs work with school staff, families and other professionals to explore a child’s needs, share information and agree next steps together. Consultation is also how we gather views from the wider network around a child, so any assessment starts from a full picture.
Our assessments are holistic and non-discriminatory. They identify strengths as well as barriers, so recommendations support positive outcomes and are practical enough to use straight away.
Evidence-based support matched to need, reviewed over time.
Designed with you, for the skills and priorities you have identified.
Helping you see what is working and shape what comes next.
